Technical and commercial entry-level positions are, for example, Product Developer, Researcher, Process Development Engineer, Project Manager, Process Engineer, Plant Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Junior Product Manager, Area Management Assistant, Junior Account/Sales Manager and (International) Business Analyst. Although you will probably start your career in your home country, you will very quickly become internationally oriented. A second or third post could be abroad. 2. The recruiter evaluates whether there are possibilities in line with your education, experience and wishes, and might invite you for a capacity & personality test, followed by a first selection interview at Akzo Nobel’s headquarters.
3. If there is a match, interested business units and/or staff departments may invite you for a series of follow-up interviews.
4. An assessment center may be part of the selection procedure.
